The DGT has been doing didactic work through its social networks, very useful in the case of having forgotten the meaning of some of the signs that we are on the road or simply if at the time when the driving license was obtained, none of them existed.
Between so much traffic signalAlmost all of them are blue, white and red, an orange one stands out, which perhaps many have not seen on the roads yet. This one has an orange background and the drawing of a car, a truck and a motorcycle, on some waves. This means that, in the next kilometers (according to which you indicate), the road will be dangerous. Therefore, you have to go with all five senses.
“If you see this sign on a conventional road, it is warning you that this is one of the most dangerous sections and that speeding is especially monitored along the length of the section indicated. It circulates at an adequate speed ”, writes the DGT, through its official Twitter profile.
After this warning, the DGT does not miss the opportunity to launch an advice: circulate at the appropriate speed and if it is slower, better than better.
With this clarification, the DGT dismantles the idea of many drivers, who by the drawing can perceive or intuit that, in the next few meters, they will find themselves radars to control speed. Nothing could be further from the truth.
