Congratulations to the Count and Countess of Osorno, who got married on Saturday May 22! Carlos Fitz-James Stuart and Belén Corsini De Lacalle were married in the palace de Liria in Madrid.
Belén Corsini is part of one of the most important business families in her country, daughter of Juan Carlos Corsini Muñoz Y Monica Calle Rubio —His father appeared in the 200 richest in Spain in 2019. Carlos Fitz-James, 29, is the youngest son of the Duke of Alba, brother of Fernando Fitz-James (married to Sofía Palazuelo) and grandson of the late Cayetana de Sunrise.
The bride wore a Navascués imperial gown made of heavy silk georgette with a double skirt and petticoat with embroidered trim and puffed sleeves. The back is removable, made of plumeti tulle (like the veil) and embroidered on gazar. She also wore diamonds that belonged to her maternal grandmother and her diadem – the family heirloom.

Belén Corsini’s godmother was nothing more and nothing less than Matilde Solís, mother of Carlos Fitz-James. Matilde stole the spotlight with a long and simple red Lorenzo Caprile dress with a cape effect and a traditional black shawl with a comb.
Among the guests were Enrique Solís Tello (son of the XI Marquis de la Motilla) and his girlfriend, the Sevillian model Alejandra Dominguez. The businesswoman Inés Domecq with a design from her signature IQ COLLECTION. And of course the groom’s brother, Fernando Fitz-James with Sofia Palazuelo (in an aquamarine Jan Taminaiau dress).
